When I press the PDF button, nothing seems to happen.

What to do if you can’t get something to work on the Lutheran Library website.

The Lutheran Library PDF files can be large. Your device or computer may have been configured to limit the size of your downloads. This is especially true if you are on Microsoft Windows or a smartphone.

A friend of the Lutheran Library has asked about the best way to read PDFs. Without question, a dedicated e-book reader like the Kobo Sage running the free KOReader software is the way to go.

The Lutheran Library strongly recommends the use of Calibre to manage and backup all of your e-books. This is free, well tested software. You can use Calibre “out of the box” and will have very good results.
