There is very little information available about this American pastor. It is believed William Nicolas Harley died in 1920. He was a member of the Ohio Synod, which published books in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The only other book known to be written by him is Tomahawk and Cross, which described the Indian Lutheran Church which existed in the Great Plains between 1858 and 1866.
